Private enterprises, as an important part of national economic system, how to improveefficiency, and to serve the society and at the same time, make full use of local socialresources on efficiency and quality of staff training, improve the competitiveness ofenterprises in the face of economic times and state-owned enterprise human resourcescompetition situation, which is its primarily solved problem for the decision makers.This thesis mainly discussed on private enterprise training in Linyi city from twoperspectives: private enterprise training system construction and the implementation, trying tobuild a scientific and perfect private enterprise training system and quality security evaluationsystem, so as to serve the private enterprise’s development.By investigating the present private enterprise training situation and problems, we foundLinyi private enterprise training are lack of training target long-term efficiency, trainingcontent, training security system science are missing, training incentive mechanism is notsound, training evaluation system not perfect and many other problems, so it hindered thedevelopment of the enterprise better. So we proposed to construct Linyi private enterprisetraining system, mainly including: one is the training goal theme positioning andinternational vision, stressed the need to set up the strategy as the guidance, take the serviceas the core training goal concept and advanced training consciousness. The second is thetraining content enterprise culture and skills literacy, stressed the need to pay attention tothe enterprise culture of regional culture and regional culture spirit demand, so that theenterprise is more cohesion and core competitiveness. The third is the training plan scientificinnovation and hierarchical training, pay attention to hierarchical training more scientific.The fourth is the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and resource sharing, payattention to strengthen win-win alliances. In order to improve private enterprise trainingquality, we should strengthen private enterprise training quality guarantee system of theconnotation construction, to establish the private enterprise training incentive and constraintmechanism, to improve the private enterprise training evaluation system, in order to avoid theblind and invalid of the training work, achieve trainees career and realizing the goal of theorganization’s strategic win-win results.
