Research On The Management Of Employee Training In Private Enterprises

With the development of information technology and globalization,the competition between enterprises is becoming fiercer.The talent is an important factor in the development of enterprises,the competition of talents has become an important competitive enterprise competition.Therefore,enterprises began to strengthen the cultivation of talents,on the basis of enterprise development strategy,enterprises begin to pay attention to the training system,and make suitable enterprise development training system.training management issues become the focus of the research object in the management of human resources.The issue is the study of enterprise employee training system.Mainly by private enterprise as an example,focus on business strategy and overall management of the study and design of the human resource training system.The article research method:Combined theoretical and empirical study,the author in the study of the existing research on the basis of theory,empirical research on the status quo of private enterprise training,analysis of the existing problems,the construction of appropriate training system.The author combined with qualitative research and quantitative research,consulting a lot of literature,summarized the existing in enterprise training management problem,the related basic analytic theory,to the private enterprise training system research and design.The innovation points of the thesis:Design a new training system which is matched with the development strategy of private enterprises.Learn from the map,the new model of enterprise university,for the design of enterprise training system to provide a new basis for the idea.Design different training contents for different training objects.According to the present situation of the development of training,a set of reasonable training process is designed.This training system has been running for some time in a private enterprise,and has achieved some results.It is hoped that through this study,we can learn more about the training management of enterprises.
