With the development of mobile Internet, mobile game industry becomesmore and more impressive. The thesis studies the mobile game industrypayment model as a starting point: firstly introduces the theoretical basis of thepart involved, such as the credit system, the business model, the Two-sidedMarkets and other related theories; secondly carries out the externalenvironment analysis, from the game industry refined to the mobile gameindustry, and describes the development of third-party payment; thirdly,introduces the market volume, industry structure, industry chain analysis ofseveral aspects of the internal environment.After the SWOT analysis of various payment models, the thesis proposesthe concept of "Play before Pay" to resolve the low payment-conversion rate.The thesis designs a new payment business model based on the credit system,describes its components according to the Business Model Canvas. Aninnovative enterprises is introduced as the model application.Finally, according to the Two-sided Markets theory analysis, the maintheoretical support of credit payment is concluded: through the asymmetricpricing model, the credit payment attracts more customers from two sides tojoin the market, and improves matching rate.
