The Mode And Strategy Of Innovation Internationalization Of Zhongguancun Park

Under the tide of world economic integration and technological globalization,countries have joined the global innovation network, integrated use of global resources toimprove capability of independent innovation, in order to remain invincible in the fierceinternational competition, the national innovation system has toward the direction ofinternational development, Internationalization of the national innovation system evolved.The high-tech zone represents the strength of national innovation, its innovationdevelopment, plays an important role to improve a country’s ability to innovate.Thedevelopment of regional innovation systems also plays a vital role on the formation ofinternationalization of the national innovation system. Zhongguancun is the first nationaldemonstration zone of independent innovation,the park’s international development playsan important leading role for other high-tech zones.This paper discusses the development situation and typical patterns of zhongguancuninnovation internationalization, the zhongguancun innovation internationalization as theresearch object. First the author studies the relevant theories of regional innovationinternationalization, including innovation network and global value chain, R&Dinternationalization and open innovation. And then analyzes the factors that influence thezhongguancun innovation internationalization development, summarizes the presentdevelopment situation of zhongguancun innovation and adopt the method of principalcomponent analysis to evaluate the performance of zhongguancun innovationinternationalization development. Also summarizes the typical model of zhongguancuninnovation internationalization from the perspective of enterprise. Lastly, carrying outempirical analysis of zhongguancun17typical enterprises of new energy industry, on thebasis of summarizing the innovation internationalization development model, using theDEA method to evaluate the performance of its innovation internationalization, andcontrast the performance of various mode of internationalization development, finally putsforward some strategies and suggestions for the development of the zhongguancuninnovation internationalization.
