Based on the Zhongguancun national innovation demonstration zone technological innovation efficiency of empirical research "topic, the thesis firstly established the breakthrough point of" efficiency ", namely "technical efficiency" production frontier theory; Based on the understanding of traditional enterprise technology innovation process model, the paper puts forward the way of two stage process of technology innovation demonstration enterprises, technology research and development and technological transformation, thus enterprise technology innovation efficiency is broken into r&d efficiency and technical efficiency; Based on dynamic point of view, from the carrier and the carrier industry demonstration enterprise space two dimensions, application Windows- the DEA method, calculates the industrial level of enterprise technology demonstration park/r&d/conversion efficiency(PE, SE, TE), combined with the actual situation of demonstration park/industry, enterprise within the park/industry positioning technology innovation activities; Examines the government funding support, financial institutions, international trade, foreign investment, industrial concentration, geography location and other six on the impact of environmental factors on technology innovation demonstration enterprises efficiency direction and degree, including factors index construction measure and the efficiency of environmental impact factors, Panel Data- Tobit model and parameter estimation; Finally, by PCA method, build the yield of single input technology research and development on the level of the park/conversion of input and output index, and based on the pure technical efficiency value of the park, mapped the demonstration enterprise technology research and development production frontier and two-dimensional shape for production frontier technology transformation, and transformation of research and development and the production frontier show different characteristics of marginal revenue.
