At the sametime, The North Sea coastal port development increase the flow of over sea will be more on theNorth Sea Communication Center forward in the protection of water sailing safety requirements.more importantly, implementation, marine strategy to build a new pattern of ocean management,advances in communications technology, the industry competition, countries on the North Seacommunication resources, development of water supply on the communication industry broughtgreat strategic opportunities and challenges.
