In recent years, Chinese Automobile Manufacturers developed significantly withthe development of economy. But the problem of insufficient research anddevelopment capabilities, the irrational industrial structure become more prominent.Nowadays Automotive Industry have entered a period of industrial structureadjustment, system supply and modularized production have become a trend. As anemerging industry, lubricating oil outsourcing let the enterprise focus on the core oftheir own business, to reduce operating costs, to improve the quality of product, hasbeen used by manyAutomobile Manufacturing Enterprises.Lubricating oil outsourcing has been popular in foreign countries for many years,and there are many successful cases of lubricating oil outsourcing management inAutomobile Manufacturing Enterprises. In our country, Shanghai GM introducedlubricating oil outsourcing management services in1998for the first time. Recently,FAW Volkswagen, Dongfeng Cummings, Shanghai Auto also take the strategy oflubricating oil outsourcing. Therefore, lubricating oil outsourcing gradually become atrend in Chinese Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises. However, some oilcompanies do not have the lubricating oil outsourcing supply qualification, it willcause serious accidents if there are problems in any aspect such as technology andquality. At the same time, the lubricating oil outsourcing project process is affected byvarious factors. As a result, it is necessary to control and reduce the risk of theoutsourcing project, so the Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises could focus ontheir core business, to improve the core competitive ability of enterprises.At present，there is few research on risk management of lubricating oiloutsourcing, and it has not formed a systematic risk assessment system of lubricatingoil outsourcing. Therefore, this thesis first analyses the research on risk managementof outsourcing at home and abroad, confirms the necessity and rationality oflubricating oil outsourcing by analyzing the chain of lubricating oil and the supplyprocess in the Automobile Manufacturing enterprises, and identifies the risk factors oflubricating oil outsourcing process based on the whole project theory. The thesisdrafts up the principle of the risk of lubricating oil outsourcing according the process of the whole project and the characteristics of lubricating oil outsourcing in theAutomobile Manufacturing enterprises, and establishes a systematic risk assessmentsystem of lubricating oil outsourcing in the Automobile Manufacturing enterprises. Inorder to overcome the shortcomings of traditional method, the thesis takes use offuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weights, the weights wouldbe more objective and rational. This thesis prevents and controls the risk during thepreparation and planning of the outsourcing, the process of the implementation andcontributes the risk early warning system in the Automobile Manufacturingenterprises. Finally, take the Dongfeng Motor Corporation as an example to make anempirical analysis.
