With the deterioration of the global energy crisis, the increasing deterioration of theenvironment promotes energy conservation and environmental protection in all walks oflife, in this direction, photovoltaic architecture is a direction of building energyconservation and environmental protection. Many developed countries formulaterelevant incentive policies, and get good grades. Our country also issued relevantincentive policies in recent years, but in terms of current situation of the development ofphotovoltaic building, its effect is not so ideal. The purpose of this study is to provide areference for the improvement of the photovoltaic building incentive policies in China.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of photovoltaicbuilding and the present condition of the incentive policy at home and abroad, and putsforward assumptions according to economic policy, industry policy and supportingservices policy as exogenous variables as well as advanced technology, market maturity,degree of resource utilization and development stage as endogenous variables, inaddition, structural equation model is established to validate its related indicators factoranalysis. Based on the assumptions of validation, the model is revised for many times todetermine the precise model at last, so as to research the effects of incentive policies forphotovoltaic architecture development in our country. The verified results are as follows:the economic policy and industrial policy on advanced technology, resource utilizationand photovoltaic building development phase is active, while no significant effect onmarket maturity; Supporting services policy on market maturity, resource utilization andphotovoltaic building development phase is active, but no significant role on advancedtechnology to the photovoltaic building. Combining to the resultative analysis of the model about the application effect of photovoltaic building incentive policies in China,the existing problems are below: photovoltaic building a feed-in tariff is unreasonable,tax incentives and other economic policies are deficient, and the industry technicalsupporting policies and services are short. Finally, there rise some relevant suggestionsfor the improvement of photovoltaic building incentive policy,economic policy shouldbe specific to the relevant subject, and according to each related subject related toeconomic policy, economic policy should focus on the implementation of a scientifictariff policy; Industrial policy should start from establishing a special industrialinvestment funds, science and technology project, risk investment guarantee mechanismand regulation mechanism of industrial policy, in this course, government should takethe lead and fund in the construction of photovoltaic building demonstration project. Inorder to facilitate the management and maintenance in the process of using, the publicbuildings is the first consideration; supporting service policy is mainly established forphotovoltaic building industry supporting services platform, to promote thedevelopment of photovoltaic building industry infrastructure, and its talents acquisition,etc.This article research will make a big difference on the perfection of Chinesephotovoltaic building incentive policy system and the development of photovoltaicbuilding.
