On Financial Strategy Management Of The Private Enterprise HY Group

Financial management problems, including financing difficulties, blindinvestment, extensive management, have been plaguing many private enterprises.However, HY Group, can a typical private enterprise, suddenly rise and grow in thecompetitive market economy. As a representative and the industry leader of privateenterprises, the growth process and management strategies, especially its corporatefinancial strategy management, deserves to be studied, which also has importantpractical significance to the financial management of private enterprises.On the basis of the basic theory of private enterprises, financial strategicmanagement and corporate life cycle theory, this paper analyzes the direct and indirectcauses that influencing private enterprise strategic management, and the internal andexternal environment with the help of PEST tools and SWOT matrix analysis tools. Itfully integrated the instance of the development of HY Group, from start.ups,development, maturity and decline, as the basis for argumentation and improvement indifferent life cycle environmental analysis and financial strategy theory. HY Group,which mainly focus on polyester and fiber, has also been affected by excess demand,industry competition, reduced profitability and many other unfavorable factors.Through the analysis of its current financial position, the political environment, marketenvironment, business strategy and corporate culture, this paper concluded that HYGroup should take the financial strategy of "continuing to promote firm bond financing,develop diversified investment both at home and abroad, and a fixed dividend incomedistribution" in the stage of maturity.Finally, in view of enterprise financial strategic management, this paper proposed some measures including "establish a scientific strategy execution system,strengthen the budget management, develop financial control of strategic informationsystem, promote the construction of high.quality workforce", in order to maintain thecompetitive advantages of enterprise and continue to become bigger and stronger,which can provides further insights for those developing private enterprise.
