The Research Of Small And Medium Size Construction Enterprises' Growth Strategies Based On The Theory Of Core-competitiveness

Construction industry, as a role of economic mainstay, plays a significant role. Small and medium size construction enterprises, making up over 95% in total individual numbers and 85% in the number of employees and about 70% in output value in construction industry, have become fresh troops in China's buildup. In order to keep our construction industries sustainable development, the small -and- medium- level construction enterprises must develop healthily and stably.This paper, on purpose of accelerating their speed of growth and increasing efficiency, based on the research of theory of their growth and core-competitiveness, applying the math method of BP nerve net and entropy of information, makes the research on the growth of small and medium size construction enterprises in the theory of their growth and core-competitiveness, and is divided into 3 parts.Firstly, the theory of growth and core-competitiveness of small and medium size construction enterprises has been researched. This paper analysts the relationship between enterprise's growth and ability of growth, finds the reason which relates to bring sustainable competitive advantage, combine the characteristics of core-competitiveness and ability of enterprise's growth, advances characteristics such as value unique uninitiated and replaceable to speed up the growth of enterprises and increase their growth efficiency. In this paper, the ability of growth possessing characteristics of core-competitiveness is called core growth ability.Secondly, study the VRIN's characteristics of the Small and medium-size construction enterprises'growth ability. For the VRIN's characteristics of small and medium-sized construction enterprise's growth ability identifying, can make the enterprise to choose the appropriate growth path which can accelerate enterprise growth and improve enterprise growth efficiency. Then describe the standards and research methods of the VRIN's characteristics of growth ability. At last establish the research model of the VRIN's characteristics of growth ability based on the growth ability index system, so that the enterprises could make the appropriate growth path.Thirdly, prove the feasibility of recognition model according to the example analysis and explanation, and provide specific suggestion for firm growth according to the recognition results.
