With the development of economic integration and the deepening developmentof globalization, the competition between Chinese and international enterprisesbecoming increasingly fierce, the most key factor affecting enterprise development isthe effective utilization of resources and resources integration, in numerous resources,human resources are particularly important. How to attract the talents that willing todedicate to the enterprise, how to keep the talents who can create value for enterprises,how to motivate the talents and how to employ their wisdom and strength, becomeone of the most important subjects affect enterprise survival and development.Therefore, enterprises need to establish a perfect and effective incentive mechanism,formulate scientific and reasonable salary system, developing an innovativecompensation system. This paper through the analysis of the salary system of TSLpharmaceutical company, found out TSL pharmaceutical company salary system hasmany problems and modify the compensation system with the corresponding basictheory of the modern salary management and promotes TSL pharmaceuticalcompany’s salary system reform. Hope this paper can help the Private medicalenterprise that in the early development to build a suitable salary management system.This research based on TSL pharmaceutical company as the background, thepaper Integrated with the literature research, empirical study, the combination ofquantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods, investigation method andobservation method, and other research methods. At the beginning of the article, Imainly elaborated the research background, research significance, research methodsand research content of this paper. After leading to the thesis, I refer to a large amountof journals, discusses in detail the concept of compensation, the function of thecompensation, the influence factors of compensation, compensation principles,compensation design pattern and the basic theory of compensation studies both athome and abroad. Then analyzed the present situation and general situation of thepharmaceutical industry, TSL pharmaceutical company profile, TSL pharmaceuticalcompany human resources present situation, the TSL pharmaceutical companycompensation system present situation, according to analyzing the current situation of TSL pharmaceutical company, find out the problems existing in the current systemand solution. Finally proposed the problems of TSL pharmaceutical companies paypackage implementation process and feedback and correction, etc. At the end of thearticle, I got the conclusion, summarized the effect of the program implementationand the desired effect of this paper.I hope through the study of this article to help TSL pharmaceutical companies toattract, retain and motivate talents, providing motivation for the development of thecompany and have a reference function for other companies as well.
