| At present, the management and control mode of large state-owned enterprises inChina changes with the advance of market economy as well as reform and opening. In themean time, the collectivized management’s optimization and effects faced with newchallenges as well.In this thesis, I analyze the collectivized management of state-owned enterprisesthrough taking Aerospace Precision Products Corporation for an example. In order to solvethe main problems: management mechanism doesn’t agree with the control mode much;management of the functional department in headquarters over its subsidiary companyweakens; organizations structure need optimization; management of investmentdecision-making is nonstandard; the entire management and control does not comply withthe development requirement of modernized enterprises, I seriously study the company’sproduct features, internal and external environment, and I put forward product positioningof collectivization operation control mode according to the theory of orientation and theoryof Group control. In addition to that, some practical management measures about how toimprove human resource management, corporate culture and feedback on performance andhow to encourage subsidiary companies are mentioned in this thesis, which aims atensuring an effective implementation of collective management and control in AerospacePrecision Products Corporation.At the same time, two sets of validation protocols (the performance and employeesatisfaction) are designed to verify the product positioning control mode of this company.It indicates that this kind of control mode is very suitable for state-owned largecollectivized enterprises, as is shown on Aerospace Precision Products Corporation, therepresentative engaged in the specific product development, production and testing task. Itis beneficial to improve the level of scientific management of enterprises and isadvantageous to the centralized superior resources on a particular task. |
