| With the rapid development of space technology,the performance requirements of aerospace products is higher and higher,the structure becomes increasingly more and more complex,and thus production process is also more and more complex;At the same time,the uncertain factor of production process becomes more and more,it seriously affected the timely delivery of products.In this context,it becomes extremely important for ensuring the quality and cost of aerospace products meet the requirements to effective control the production schedule.The research shows that,due to complexity of the aerospace product itself,the current production schedule control of aerospace is usually just control of the project as a whole,unable to effectively control the overall analysis of complex internal activities,can not quickly and accurately find the root cause of the deviation and progress can not be precisely controlled.Therefore,this paper studied on aerospace production stage and proposed to combine network planning technology with multi-level Earned Value.Making the aerospace product schedule plan,first compare and analyze three commonly used methods,propose the application of network planning technology on the basis of WBS,and establish a schedule planning process suitable for the aerospace products;Second,this paper studied on schedule control for aerospace products,proposed to use multilevel earned value,constructed multi-level earned value index system,traced the progress of plans and identify deviations,found the root causes of deviations quickly and accurately and refined analysis of the problem,at the same time,avoided the emergence of different processes on the surface of the positive and negative bias offset bringing the illusion of normal production and resulted in serious consequences for schedule delays.Finally,the thesis use actual case to verify the combination of network planning techniques and multi-level earned value.It can be seen:propose an effective schedule control methods suitable for aerospace products to ensure timely delivery of products becoming the department of aerospace products needed to solve the problem. |
