| Along with the science and technology level of development and the modernizationof national defense and the urgent need of, aerospace products development andproduction are occupies more and more important position. In view of the particularity ofthe space the product itself and the important position of national defense construction,how to develop complex space production organization and management, ensure thequality of products as its precondition, maximize production delivery schedule, become aworthy of further research of this paper.DS research institute is a type of space for product development and production workthe backbone of the unit. This paper introduces the overall situation and DS researchinstitute in aerospace products production organization in the management of the mainmethod, the assembly pull production management method, this paper analyzes the DS ininstitute of space product production organization management in using this method theexisting problems and their causes. The author in this paper, based on the work breakdownstructure through the introduction of the concept and main content, general principle, thedecomposition method and the structure system, etc, this paper proposed using workbreakdown structure to find out all kinds of factors affect production, from production tothe front, and take effective measures to solve the influence degree of the productionschedule factors, and then work out more scientific and reasonable production plan,through the reasonable production plan and control production progress, ensure theproduction progress to better meet the requirements.This paper aims to study on DS institute existing assembly pull management methodfor qualitative analysis, empirical investigation and analysis, find out the deficiency,through the analysis of literature, from the theory put forward by using work breakdownstructure perfect production planning, and improving production schedule control idea andconcrete steps. |
