Human resource is the most valuable wealth of enterprise, enterprise to buildcompetitive advantage is important to rely on, the knowledge economy era, thecompetition between the enterprises success or failure depends largely on theenterprise human resources management, enterprise only has abundant humanresources, and can give full play to the function of the human resources, to establishlasting competitive advantage in the fierce market environment. Performanceappraisal is one of the important modules of human resource management, do a goodjob performance evaluation is of great significance, can be directly improve enterprisehuman resources management level, give full play to the important role of humanresources for enterprise development, more and more enterprise managers began toagree that the role of performance appraisal, and a lot of beneficial exploration interms of performance appraisal. Over the years, with the growing competitionbetween coal enterprises in our country, many coal companies in the design ofperformance appraisal system has invested a lot of manpower and material resources,the hope can pass build fitting the condition of enterprise performance evaluationsystem for the promotion of enterprise competitive advantage to inject more energy.Survey found, however, although many companies through the construction ofperformance appraisal system and implementation of a certain extent, enhance thelevel of the enterprise performance evaluation, but overall did not achieve the desiredeffect, far cannot effectively improve enterprise competitive advantage, broughtadverse impact to the healthy development of the enterprise, but also affected the coalenterprise managers for the understanding of the performance appraisal. For coalenterprises in the process of performance appraisal system has many problems, how totake effective measures to conduct performance appraisal process system optimization,has become the inevitable to a coal enterprise management important topic, so it isnecessary to carry out performance review this topic research, hope that through thisresearch for the coal enterprise performance evaluation level of ascension to make abeneficial exploration. This paper choose the shanxi lanhua group the research object,the integrated use of survey research, literature research, comparison research method,combining with related theories in the field of performance appraisal, to the group forthe optimization design of the performance appraisal process for writing the main line,based on the enterprise performance appraisal status and problems of in-depth analysis of the enterprise performance evaluation members, on this basis theenterprise performance appraisal optimization strategy is proposed.
