Research On Analysis And Optimization Of Supply Chain Management To A Small And Micro Firm WF

Along with a series of preferential policies for small micro enterprises,government and society put more and more attention to the development of smallmicro enterprises. So far, the number of small micro enterprises is nearly50million inChina so that a large quantities of employ are solved and nearly two thirds of theincome tax for the country are obtained at the same time. Thus, they play anincreasingly important role in supporting the national economy. However, most of thesmall micro enterprises are located at lower levels of modern management, this ismainly restricted by capital, talent, technology, which lead to their non-standardmanagement so as to low efficiency, financing difficulties and less competition. Theseenterprises’ information rate is less than3%, and these severely restrict the furtherexpansion of the small micro enterprises. The most key needs of the small microenterprises are to establish the basic management standard, and improve the workefficiency, it will build the basis of the information system for small microenterprises.This thesis firstly summarizes the present situation of small micro enterprisefrom the data of national statistics reports, including the conditions of small microenterprises at present, and its status in national economy of our country and theirwidespread development predicament. Secondly, to WF firm, its enterprisemanagement mode, products, marketing strategy, financial conditions such as internalmanagement mechanism are analyzed in detail, and the external environmentconditions, such as the related policy supporting situation for small micro enterpriseby Government, competitions in the same industry are discussed. Based on the abovestudy, the internal and external key factors that limit the development of the firm arefound out, as well as its main problems. Then, based on the theory of modernmanagement and supply chain management thoughts, the thesis improve and optimizeevery link of the supply chain management from organization structure, decisionmakers ability, the firm’s internal resources, corporate culture, the firm’s dailyoperation process and so on in WF firm. A series of suggestions and measures that aresuitable for normal and orderly development of small micro enterprises are putforward. The research in this thesis has some reference to the development of smallmicro enterprises in our country.
