As the cornerstone of sustainable development for enterprises, the R&D of new products is the actuator to ensure the enterprises a success. With the development of enterprises, it is essential to accelerate the R&D and improve the quality of products, which needs to improve the performance of the R&D team. Therefore, it is urgent and particularly important to research on performance management of R&D team.In this paper, we analyses the situation of the performance management system of R&D team on DH company, based on the domestic and foreign related theories of team performance management and the actual research, combined with the true status of the company, eventually points out the existing problems of the R&D team performance management in DH company and find out the reasons behind. This article focuses on DH Company’s R&D team performance management system to optimize the design, the establishment of a set of four areas including performance management planning, performance implementation and management, performance evaluation and performance feedback. Consequently, optimize the design on performance management system, and performance appraisal on R&D team as a whole. To ensure a smooth implementation of the R&D team performance management system optimization program in DH company, this paper puts forward feasible suggestions, namely the construction of the re-performance, reassessment of the corporate culture, appropriate organizational security and system security, train staff on the correct understanding of the performance management, set up additional incentive magnesium. This article provides optimized solutions and constructive comments to improve DH Company’s R&D team performance management, contributing important theoretical value and practical significance for the healthy and sustained development of enterprises.
