The Mechanism Of Associated Innovation And The Evaluation System For The Creative Design Industry

The process of design innovation is complicated, it includes the activities of positioning,research and development, design, testing, manufacturing and transmission, it ends with The user’spurchase behavior. The innovation achievement is the result of the related resources’ mutualcooperation. This kind of innovation process can be understood as associated innovation. It’sdifferent from the collaborative innovation. The latter emphasize on the horizontal cooperation inthe technology field, the former is from the angle of the longitudinal development of the productlife cycle to discusses cooperation mode in the process of aggregating resources to realize themarket value of design.The goal of associated innovation is to realize the industrialization, however the currentdevelopment status of the industry is that a lot of design work can’t meet the actual needs of theenterprise because it doesn’t conform to the market demand, the situation cuts off the possibilityof association cooperation. On the other hand, even the innovative designs has reached therequirement of marketable, the relevant enterprises will still face of uncertainty concerns whenthey are cooperating with others to get external cooperation resources, this kind of risk misreadingwill also lead to the failure of the innovation activities. Therefore a link mechanism must be usedto organize enterprise behavior reduce mistrust in the process of gather the discrete resources forcooperation.Based on the theory framework of innovation system, this paper discusses the mechanism ofassociated innovation forms from the angle of innovation conditions. First of all, it analysisassociated elements and structure of resources from the aspect of thinking framework to explorecorrelation patterns and development way. Secondly, from the aspect of organization process, itanalysis system innovation point of the connecting way to find a organization waycountermeasures of cooperation behavior between enterprises in upstream and downstreamactivities. Finally, from the aspects of operation, the mechanism of "platform" is introduced as ameans of enterprise innovation behavior to guide the organization’s operation to help the resourcedepth intervention and improve the innovation of industry conversion.In order to ensure the reliability and validity of the management of operational, we need a setof evaluation system to define the cooperation behavior standard. Based on the evaluation systemof the logical model, this paper put forward the framework of evaluation system from the aspect ofproduct design, the output value and innovation thinking ability three aspects. The content ofevaluation index includes innovation behavior, innovation output, and associated geographicdensity. We changed phenomenon of evaluation research at present, we regard the originalinnovation evaluation system as the cohesion and running conditions, in order to expand theassociated interaction network of innovation by improving the innovation ability and promoting the coordination. On the other hand, it’s also a basis for the supporting policy perfect to achievethe replication on a large scale and improve the operation ability of the mechanism itself, to be asustainable interactive feedback mechanism.Finally, the case study of design knowledge service platform have been carried out to verifythe theoretical analysis and show the concrete development form of the innovation mechanism, itproved that the associated mechanism innovation feasibility on the operation and managementmode. According to the associated innovation mechanism, we got the construction target and thestructure function of the design platform and its interface form. Also we developed the evaluationindexes which can meet the demand of the platform operation and management of content, anddesigned the data visualization in the form of expression.
