With the development of global integration and China’s foreign trade volume of risingyear by year, modern ports are moving in the direction of become a part of the supply chain.Port number increasing, the competition between ports are intensifying, how to get abroader economic hinterland and the supply of goods will be the port operator is importanttopic. In the external environment and internal requirements, driven by anhydrous harbor-a kind of built in inland areas but have basic similar functions of modern logistics centerand coastal ports arises at the historic moment.Shijiazhuang inland port of tianjin port group is the first anhydrous port constructionin the mainland. At present, the company mainly to carry out the regional customsclearance items, namely earthly customs declaration, the customs port and convenientcustoms clearance mode, convenient customs clearance for export enterprises inshijiazhuang. From2007to2012, the company’s business has made considerabledevelopment, but also faces many challenges.In this paper, based on the research of the present marketing strategy, find out theproblem, combined with modern marketing theory, marketing for companies to developeffective improvement solutions. Based on modern marketing theory and managementknowledge, first introduced in this paper, the selected topic background, research purpose,significance, research methods and main research content, and then introduces the basicsituation of the company, at the same time to the company’s current marketing strategy andthe existing problems were summarized, problems are put forward. And then to theenterprise internal and external environment and industry present situation has carried onthe system and detailed analysis, SWOT analysis method to find the advantages anddisadvantages of enterprise existence, as well as the development of the opportunities andthreats, and to carry on the accurate market positioning. The last is the enterprise marketingstrategy improvement Suggestions from product, price, channel, promotion, personnel,service process point several Suggestions, hope to build a more suitable for thedevelopment of the enterprise marketing system, help enterprises in an impregnableposition in the market competition, lay solid foundation for the continuous development ofthe enterprise.
