In the thirteenth five-year period,the printing industry in our country is in a critical period of transition from the speed of scale to the quality and efficiency.Printing industry is in the stage of upgrading and efficiency and transformation and upgrading.Constantly improve the quality and level of printing supply has become the mainstream printing industry trends.Printing business development and marketing has also become an important issue of theoretical and practical concern.On the basis of summarizing the existing research results of printing enterprise marketing,this article takes Wuxi SLPrinting Company as an example and deeply investigates the marketing status and marketing environment of the company.Analyzed the company's existing marketing strategy and effect.SLPrinting Company is a large printing company with a number of printing qualifications and long operating history.Under a new normal economic environment,the Company is faced with fierce competition and the rapid development of Internet economy.The traditional marketing model urgently needs to be upgraded and reformed.The company's original marketing model mainly used PR marketing and channel sales,large customers are relatively stable.The company adopted the Internet marketing model,its level and effectiveness are still in the early stages.This paper uses the theory of integrating marketing,online marketing and target marketing as the theoretical basis.Based on the analysis of the company's marketing environment and marketing status,the company's strengths,weaknesses,and environmental changes are extracted to provide opportunities and threats for the company's development.Combined with the company's current resources,the company selects the target market through market segmentation to make accurate positioning.On this basis,this paper presents the Internet marketing strategy for the company's marketing development.First,the company needs to capture potential users' information through social network data,grasp the potential demand and the demand time-point information of users,and utilize the social network data to achieve accurate marketing.Second,companies can adopt content marketing programs that implement content planning,promote and performance evaluation mechanisms.Third,it is recommended that the company adopt a self-media marketing model to build a self-media marketing closed-loop through a multi-sensory media platform to achieve full-scale self-media push.Fourthly,it is suggested that the company adopt the mode of community marketing,set up its own company community,organize the community activities,realize the purchasing power of the community and realize the organic combination of community management and sales.To make sure the plan could be acted effectively,this article puts forward the safeguards.The company needs to carry out from three aspects:forming a scientific market cognition,reorganizing the internal structure of the enterprise and forming a good corporate culture.From the ideology,the regulation to the daily culture,thethree aspects of the enterprise's ability will improve implement and operational capacity to ensure that the existing programs can be effectively implemented.
