Since 1970,Manufacturing Execution Systems(MES)have been systematically researched and applied for decades.In recent years,foreign scholars have applied cutting-edge technologies such as multi-agent technology,component technology,and workflow technology to MES systems,further promoting related research on MES.The research and application of domestic MES has also made breakthroughs in many fields,but in general,the research and application of foreign MES is ahead of the domestic to a certain extent.Specific to the MES research in the domestic packaging and printing industry,many domestic scholars have designed the overall or key functions of the MES in the packaging and printing industry.Due to the particularity of the production in the packaging and printing industry,although there is a large amount of relevant research,the application of the MES in the printing industry depth and practicality lag far behind MES research.Therefore,this thesis aims to integrate the actual needs of the domestic packaging and printing industry and establish an MES system suitable for the status quo of China's packaging and printing industry.This thesis firstly sorts out the current situation and shortcomings of China's packaging and printing industry,and analyzes the demand for MES in the packaging and printing industry.Secondly,proposes the corresponding MES design plan for the status quo of the packaging and printing industry,and completes the construction of the MES framework for the packaging and printing industry.Architecture and functional module design;again,the MES solution is refined to complete the implementation of MES technology;finally,the MES system is designed in detail,and the MES solution is realized by building the MES platform prototype system of the XG printing workshop.The main research results of this thesis are designed according to the status quo and business process of the printing industry.The MES system can be applied to the packaging and printing industry.At the same time,a model suitable for evaluating the performance of packaging and printing workshop personnel is proposed to provide a basis for packaging printing performance evaluation.In the key technology and practical application of MES,this research still has room for improvement and improvement.
