Small and medium-sized enterprise is playing a more important role in Chineseeconomic. However, there are lots of difficulties for them to overcome. Based on theinternship experience as an oversea sale in S Company and the theory of internationalmarketing, I choose “Research of Marketing Policy based on Indian Market for SSteel Trade Corporation” as my topic of the paper.In this paper, we will analysis the present situation of the internal and externalmarketing environment of S company and find the company strength, weakness,opportunity and threat. We will give some suggests to improve the marketing policyof S company. It also shows the referential significance for the other foreign tradecompany’s decision-making.
