| In our country under the development of constant marketization of economicpolicy, the production efficiency, constantly advanced information technology,international trade is more and more frequent, rapid growth of high-tech and lowcycle goods production is rapidly growing, enabling high timeliness goods transportdemand to increase dramatically, which stimulates the development of air cargo, anddig up the potential space of the aviation logistics service.Traditional airport freight operations cannot meet the needs of aviation logistics,aviation logistic park as comprehensive logistics services base provide thecomprehensive consummation logistics operation for the airport freight and enhancethe operating competitiveness of the airport itself arise at the historic moment.However planning and construction aviation logistic park in our country is still in itsinfancy, and the aviation logistics park construction is a medium-and-large project. Ifthere is no reasonable planning, the whole park is easy to appear fuzzy function,disorder layout, too big size, to affect the operating efficiency in the future.In this paper, based on the situation the aviation logistics park construction arefaced with, using MSFLB method to develop a set of perfect theoretical system ofaviation logistics park construction planning; Combined with a case of airportlogistics park planning and layout process detailed research and discussion, set areasonable scheme applied in airport layout design. The main research content is asfollows:First, under the premise of detailed learning about the characteristics and conceptof air logistic park, the aviation logistics park is given a clear definition and functionorientation in this paper, the particularity of its operation is detailed elaboratedThen, through MSFLB method the overall planning and analyze the park, putforward a integrity set of planning principle. Under the system of overall planningtheory based on MSFLB method, from the whole to the partial, park function andlayout design would be focused researched. Under the premise of basic function oflogistics〠value-added service function and the necessary support function these three module, detailed design various specific function, and combined with layoutdesign of the infrastructure in the park, processing the division of function areas.According to the construction of an airport aviation logistics park as a case, collectingits freight data, using SPSS software for traffic volume forecast, according to therelevant data such as throughput computing the size of each functional area.Finally, using the classic SLP method to get the park preliminary layout diagram,using dynamic simulation software Flexsim analogue simulation the layout, find theproblem, analyze the reason, make improvements, eventually optimization solutionsare obtained. |
