Economy is the basis of national politics, with the development of cities to a certain stage,the economy has entered a steady state, in this time, the promotion of the economic developmentof urbanization can make economy into a higher level. Urbanization,especially new urbanizationhas an important role in promoting economic development. However, there have been manyproblems in the development process, too fast, the focus on large, ignored the quality ofurbanization, although promoted the development of an area on the surface, in the long rUN, isnot conducive to development. The proposed about construction of new urbanization cancompensate the traditional process of urbanization problems. This study helps to reveal how therole of fiscal policy in its efforts to build new urbanization size.In this paper, I treat the economic growth pole theory and duality theory as basic research.through the study of domestic and foreign research, summed up the deficiencies, and thencompare the new urbanization and traditional urbanization, come at the progress of the newurbanization, and further analysis the important role of financial policy and fiscal policy issuesin the new urbanization process. In order to more clearly fiscal policy interactions with the newurbanization. this paper chose the urbanization rate fiscal spending and per capita GDP asvariables in the principles of scientific paper selected. feasible, accessible. Then construct ameasure on all the analysis. Eventually come fiscal spending and economic growth is theGranger cause of promoting the level of urbanization increased. According to this study, thepaper finally hoping to make appropriate adjustments in government finances and economicdevelopment revenue, rural household registration system, social security, etc., in order to protectthe quality of the construction of the new town.
