The Risk Assessment Of Farm Fun Tourism Supply Chain Based On Scenic Spot

In recent years,with the increase of demand for farm fun based on scenic spot,thefarm fun dominated by the corporate or government becoming the main developmentmodel.While up to now,there is weak partnership between the enterprises related to farmfun,low supply flexible,and the operational risk growing with the time goes on.It ismeaningful to identify the risks involved in the overall operation of the farm fun in theperspective of the supply chain,which could reduce the delay or interruption of supplybecause of the changing of the external environment and internal cooperation,andimprove the operation efficiency of supply chain.Thus,paper take the farm fun based onscenic spot as the research object,identifying the risks during the operation of the supplychain,and establishes a quantitative risk assessment model of it,which providing areference for the farm fun operators in the management of risks.First of all,paper analyzes the studies in the management of the farm fun,themanagement and the risk management of tourism tourism supply chain,and the riskassessment of supply chain both in home or abroad in recent years,then take a briefoverview of the constituent elements and characteristics of the farm fun tourism supplychain in self-operation model and gathering-type model,which laying the foundation foridentification of risk factors later.Secondly,paper identify risk factors from preparation,procurement, service, distribution in the perspective of the supply chain operations andthe external environment, and apply the DEMATEL method to analyze the correlationsbetween the risk factors,according to the combined effect of the matrix and theassignment of the correlation between the risk factors to get the degree and direction ofthe influence among the factors.Then,paper use the structure entropy weight method toconfirm the weight of the established risk index system,applying extensionmatter-element method to establish the risk assessment model,in which model could getthe level of the secondary risk factors and the overall risk level,making clear ofweaknesses sectors.Finally,taking the Guojiagou farm fun tourism supply chain as theapplication object,the paper analyzes the external environment and the present situation of the internal operations,getting the risk assessment result by applying the extensionmatter-element method risk assessment model whose raw data is getting fromquestionnaires from the farm fun operators and tourists,and then presents risk avoidancemeasures of Guojiagou farm fun tourism supply chain from the view of Strengtheninginternal division of labor,establishing an information platform,building a well-functioncooperation mechanism,improving the level of manager’s risk management.
