At present,China's construction enterprises are facing many difficulties,such as low profit space,low production efficiency,low management level and low market competitiveness.Moreover,high-level building energy consumption,serious waste and great environmental impact during construction process are against the route of sustainable development in China.In this case,green construction supply chain management(GCSCM)arises at the historic moment.On the one hand,through optimizing the allocation of resources of the whole supply chain scope,coordination of member enterprises,rational planning of the relationship between supply and demand,green construction supply chains can effectively improve the overall revenue,and enhance core competitiveness.On the other hand,through green-design,green-procurement,green-construction,green-recycling,the green construction supply chain can protect the environment and conserve resources.It is of great significance to carry out the green supply chain management in the construction industry both for enterprises and for our country.In GCSCM,performance evaluation is an important part.Only through the performance evaluation,can we grasp the operation of construction supply chain,then to optimize the management.Therefore,this paper studies the performance evaluation of construction supply chain.This paper first analyzes the relationship between construction supply chain and construction green supply chain then a detailed analysis of the green-design,green-procurement,green-construction and green-recycling was given,so as the theory basis to determine the construction green supply chain performance evaluation indexes.Secondly,on the basis of the BSC method,this paper expands the green performance to establish five-dimension performance evaluation index system of construction green supply chain.Through literature research and expert investigation,this paper determined 37 indexes,including enterprise image promotion,labor productivity and land occupation rate as the final indexes.Then,using AHP and matter-element extension evaluation method,construction green supply chain performance evaluation model is established.Finally,a case study is given to verify the effectiveness of the construction green supply chain performance evaluation index system and the feasibility of the matter-element extension evaluation model.Through this study,on the one hand,it enriches the theory of construction green supply chain performance evaluation,and provides enterprises a reference to evaluate the construction of green supply chain performance.
