In the context of supply-side reform, and transformantion and development and development,it is imperative to integrate the supply chain in order to promote the independent innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises,to process optimization and improve the efficiency of supply chain management.Although more and more enterprises are aware of the importance of supply chain integration, but there are still some limitations in practical application, for which a lot of research has been carried out in the industry, university and research circles. In these researches, most of them focus on how to improve the performance of supply chain integration, how to integrate supply chain ingtegration with emerging technologies, how to optimize the application of supply chain integration, and so on.At the same time, most scholars agree to measure supply chain integration through internal and external integration, while there are relatively few literatures on how to specifically evaluate supply chain integration. In the relevant evaluation, although scholars have constructed the evaluation index systems from different perspectives, there is no unified standard yet.Based on this, this paper collects data from manufacturing enterprises, evaluates supply chain integration through empirical research, and explores the weaknesses of supply chain integration in manufacturing enterprises according to the evaluation results.Firstly, this paper reviews the concept definition andresearch status of supply chain integration and its dimensions by domestic and foreign scholars.Secondly, the evaluation index system is constructed.Internal integration is measured by internal information integration, internal synchronous collaboration and business process optimization.Supplier integration is measured by supplier communication, supplier pattnership and supplier participation.Customer integration is measured by customer communication, customer partnership and customer satisfaction.Thirdly, the data were collected by questionnaire survey method, and using SPSS for descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity test. Then, the supply chain integration is evaluated by the Entropy Weight Matter-element Extension Model, and the comparision evaluation is made according to the enterprise scale and the inplementation years of SCI.Finally, the evaluation results are analyzed to find the weaknesses of supply chain integration in manufacturing enterprises. The evaluation results show that the evaluation results of supply chain integration of manufacturing enterprises are relatively good.Although the results of internal integration, customer integration and overall evaluation are consistent, but the evaluation results of supplier integration are genernal. The evaluation conclusions of supply chain integration and its dimensions are different with different enterprise scales, and the larger the enterprise scale, the better the relevant evaluation results are.The evaluation conclusions of supply chain integration and its dimensions are also different.According to the conclusion,we can draw inspiration as follows: manufacturing enterprises should not ignore the importance of supplier integration;Small and micro enterprises should pay attention to supply chain integration and its implementation in all aspects, especially to the cultivation of core comprtitiveness;Manufacturing enterprises should focus on different aspects in different time periods with the change of implementation years and their own development reality when implementing SCI.This paper enriches the application research of supply chain intefration, and the research conclusions have theoretical siginicance and practical guidance value for manufacturing enterprise how to optinize the application of supply chain integration.
