Significant events of the quality and safety of agricultural products happened inthe world calls the attention of the government, research institutions and public to theproblems of quality and safety of agricultural products. By2013, the relevantfood/agricultural products quality tracking research has been quite rich. This articlesystematically reviews and inherits the previous scholars’ research on the agriculturalproducts supply chain, quality tracking system, key technology research and theadvanced western countries for nearly30years practice experience of quality tracingsystem."Edible agricultural products" is selected as the research object to establishmodern agricultural products supply chain model, based on the chain of information,capital flow. As a "quality chain" model of agricultural products is established, qualityof agricultural products and traceability of business flow, information flow can becontrolled. The detailed analysis of quality traceability code has been carried on forchoosing one after comparing the existing coding technology fully. Based on theunified coding standard, the mathematical model of the process of informationtransmission in this paper was established. Then the agricultural products qualitytracking system model was built. In addition, in this paper, based on the pork qualitytracking, as an example, a detailed analysis of the framework of pork qualitytraceability system and its subsystems was carried on, and this paper established thecorresponding database, selected XML (extensible markup language) as aninformation exchange standard language, relying on the program of reconstruction ofthe market design and implementation of the system for Binhai new area. Finally,comprehensive evaluation on agricultural products quality tracking system establishedin this article has been carried on. System test results showed that the traceabilitysystem based on RFID can greatly improve the degree of automation, and themanagement efficiency of the pork production enterprises and the governmentdepartment of quality control.
