Research On The Agricultural Materials Quality Traceability System Based On RFID

Fertilizers, pesticides, seeds and other agricultural materials are the important production factors of agricultural industry. Guaranteeing the quality of agricultural materials and promoting the development of the circulation market of agricultural materials had great significance for promoting agricultural production, increasing farmers’income, reducing peasants’burden and assuring the quality of agricultural products, besides that it also exerted profound influence on the national long-term development strategies and the round development of social economy. However, nowadays, the developmental lever of Chinese circulation market of agricultural materials still was fairly low. Due to the lagging management and imperfect supervision system of the market, there were some poor quality goods in the market and it’s hard and costly to crack down them. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of agricultural products, reduce and eliminate fake and forged commodity radically and systematically, we should use modern technology and establish agricultural quality tracing system to recognize the agricultural products, state the records, research the information and stalk the destination.Based on the current state of agricultural materials circulation patterns and agricultural materials quality traceability in China, according to the management requires of agricultural materials quality and safety traceability in the circulation links, in this paper, the study of information classification and RFID code technology was developed, the databases of agricultural materials, distributors and user profile, the coding agricultural materials information system based on RFID, agricultural materials stock, sales and inventory were set up, as well as the databases of sales statistics. Founded on RFID, information technology and internet of things, taking RFID tag as information carrier to record the information of agricultural materials on circulation and product quality and safety, the agricultural materials quality traceability system was built. The results aimed to establish information exchange platform for the agricultural materials circulation, sales and use of agricultural regulatory authorities, agencies and farmers, keep agricultural circulation and terminal sales information under control by agricultural regulatory authorities and monitor and trace agricultural products roundly.
