Benefit Evaluation System Research Of S Company’s High-tech Investigation Program

In recent years，the human cost grows faster，to reduce the human cost，many newautomatic which are used to replace the operator are introduced into production line. Andin order to compete in an invincible position in the future， the company develops andintroduces new technologies.Review these projects which have implemented from2008to2010， there are26.7%of the projects can’t meet earnings expectations althought these projects still gainsomething like cost， quality，2.1%of the projects failed completely， no any gain， justwaste the money. In order to improve the success rate of projects， improve businessperformance， the company decided to build a new benefit assessment system to improvethe effectiveness of project evaluation， reduce the failure rate of the new project.After carry on the investigation to the relevant departments and analyse the oldBenefit Evaluation System， the weakness of the old Benefit Evaluation System is clear.The new system evaluate the new projests based on the Technology Readiness Levels andthe economic evaluation theory， and the data analysis software will be programmed tocollect the actual data of headcount， work time， consumption material. The programavoids the data error and provides the right data to analyse the gain of the new projects.Based on the summary results of the projects which evaluated by new BenefitEvaluation System in2011-2014，92.7%of the projects meet the expectations， only7.3%can’t gain as previous evaluation result and no projects fail. The success rate of newprojects improved greatly.
