| One of the important functions of housing to meet people’s basic livingneeds. However, the rapid rise of housing since2004hinders low-andmiddle-income families in Weihai from housing and results in a series ofeconomic and social problems. Despite housing security system is developedlargely in Weihai, the housing issue of low-and middle-income families is tillsevere and impending for the own defects and deviation of execution of housingsecurity policies.The thesis aims at finding out efficient policy solutions of housing forlow-and middle-income families based on real situations of Weihai. Therefore,the thesis, on the basis of right of adequate housing, housing filtering theory,affordable housing theory, housing gradient consumption theory, firstly analyzesof supply-side policies,demand-side policies and support operational mechanismin the husing security policy framework,applicable conditions and presence ofthe pros and cons of the existing housing security policy.Presented in thedifferent period of economic and social development,should choose to focus onsupply-side policies and demand-side policies.Secondly, the thesis introduces the current housing security policies andimplementation effect in Weihai, uses housing security theories to analyze theirimplementation effect.Through analysis,found problems in current housingsecurity policies in Weihai,unable to meet the housing needs of some low-incomefamilies,the part does not meet the conditions of the family housing securityeligibility.And analysis of the cause of the problem from the supply-sidepolicies,demand-side policies and support mechanism.Thirdly, the thesis introduces policies of some countries and regionsimplementing social housing security policy and fully-responsible housingsecurity policy.It can be seen through the analysis of the practices an experiencesof different countries and cities at home and abroad in the housing security,theright of adequate housing mede of equal opportunity, affordable price,stable andsuitable for living is the basic goal of housing security,ang from the ehree aspectsof the supply-side policies,demand-side policies and support machine summed up the revelation of housing secerity policies in WeiHai..Finally, the thesis puts forward suggestions on supplier policy, purchaserpolicy and supporting mechanism of policy working in allusion to existingproblems on housing security policies in Weihai. |
