Study On Suppliers Relation Management Of Chongqing CPIC Material Company

Companies are confronted with drastic competitions with market economic developed. It is high-point that companies improved their interior management and reconstruct to decrease their cost. Nowadays companies have begun to manage the supplier claim that the company exits the companies' network, to decrease the total network cost, and improve the supplier claim completion.It introduces the theories of the SRM and explains the management of the SRM in the text. It is important that to discuss the choice and evaluate the new suppliers, and established the guideline system of choice and evaluate of new suppliers. At last, we established the prompting of SM (supply management) to prompt the supplier to improve.It applied these theories on the supplier relationship management of Chongqing CPIC Company to solve its problems.
