Along with economic system reform in China, mid-small enterprises are becoming more and more important in the social economy. But in the current situation, the labor relationship in mid-small enterprises is in sharp period. All sorts of labor disputes and conflicts cause a certain effect for the development in mid-small enterprises, which also endanger the stability of the whole society to a certain extent. Therefore, the mid-small enterprises should attach importance to the labor relationship management constantly improve enterprise management relations ease and establishment harmonious labor relations in the meantime of accelerating development.Labor relationship of mid-small enterprises is analyzed with the method literature material analytic field research. First of all, the basic theories of mid-small enterprise labor relations management are presented, such as the definition of small and medium enterprises, characteristic and principle of labor relations management. Secondly, labor relations management present situation of the mid-small enterprises in China and the reasons for these problems are analyzed. Thirdly, labor relations management characteristics in foreign countries are summarized. Finally, labor relations improving countermeasures are put forward combined with the problems of the mid-small enterprises and the experience in labor relation management of foreign countries.Through the studies, to improve labor relation in mid-small enterprises in our country should take the following measures: perfecting labor relations tripartite coordination mechanism, the government, the small and medium-sized enterprise and worker play their role. Improve the market environment of labor relations management Improve f the legal system environment, market environment and the social environment of labor relation of mid-small enterprises.
