With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the Inner MongoliaAutonomous Region’s economy has been rapid development and emergence of a largenumber of outstanding small and medium enterprises, has exposed a lot of problems to besolved at the same time make an important contribution to regional economic, laborrelations management. In an increasingly competitive market environment, SMEs in orderto obtain the sustained and steady development of harmonious labor relations and thenorms of labor relations management is the foundation, but also protection. SMEs sizelimits, not standardized and effective management of labor relations with the perspective ofhuman resource management functions to regulate the influencing factors of the InnerMongolia SME labor relations has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of the existing labor relations in enterprises related literature, acomprehensive analysis of the SME labor relations influencing factors through quantitativemethods. Survey of more than200enterprises in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ofHuBaoE use SPSS17.0,and LISRELS.5,data analysis software, to factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statisticalmethods, which validation and analysis of the proposed theoretical model. Throughtheoretical analysis and empirical research, draw the main conclusions of this paper is asfollows:(1)In this study, the questionnaire collected data constructed the six dimensions of theimpact factors of SME labor relations, job analysis, Recruitment, training, performancemanagement, compensation and benefits, career planning and employee relationsmanagement. The analysis of the impact factors of SME labor relations from theprespective of human resource management fuctions is unique to this model.(2)Analysis of the differences based on demographic variables, the employees ofdifferent qualifications for the work of analysis and awareness of the pay and benefitsexistence of significant differences; employees of different positions in the nature of thejob analysis, recruitment, career planning and employee relations management awarenessof the dimensions there are significant differences.(3)In this study, regression analysis confirmed the theoretical model includes factorsaffecting each dimension has a significant impact on SME labor relations in InnerMongolia, including salaries and benefits of SME labor relations Inner Mongolia, thegreatest impact.
