Small enterprises are an important component of China's economy. They played an important role in absorbing labor and promoting economy. The labor-capital relations of small enterprises are an important part of labor-capital relations of China. Due to the instability of small enterprise resulted in instability of labor relations in small enterprise. Therefore the study in labor relations of small enterprise will have an important significance and value. China's small enterprises have a competitive advantage in labor-intensive industries, such as clothing, catering services, machinery manufacturing. These industries have low level of technology, low value of products, therefore the quality of workers asks for much. Small business operators often use the advantage of low labor costs, while ignoring the quality of training of workers, labor disputes and conflicts have occurred. In the present study are based on the nature of corporate public enterprises or private enterprises, few people study labor relations from aspects of the scale of enterprise, and for The research on labor relations small business where labor disputes frequently occur are more less, this paper is to study labor disputes in small-scale enterprises as an entry point, make deeply analysis of labor relations in small businesses, and put forward proposals to coordinate the labor relations in small business.This paper first analyzes the Sino-foreign labor-capital relations theory, and makes a brief review of the history of Chinese labor relations; Then from the aspects of understanding between labor and capital, the instability of labor relations, the rate of labor contract, strong capital and weak Labor to described the situation of small enterprises; Then to analyzed the influence factors of labor relations from macro and吗micro aspect; Finally proposed mechanism of coordinate labor relations of small enterprises, including: to complete the public policy of small enterprises, to play the role of labor union, to improve the social security system, to Improve employer organizations and labor training.
