Building a harmonious labor relations in enterprises is an important foundation ofbuilding a harmonious society. Small micro enterprise is not only an important part ofeconomic development in our country, but also playing an important role in solving theemployment. However, the small catering enterprises labor relations situation in Chinais not optimistic. There are high staff turnover, lacking of front-line staff, labor disputesurging continuously, etc. So, small catering enterprises labor relations problemsbecome an important subject in urgent need of research. Based on domestic and foreigntheory and labor relations management model, conducting the investigation andinterviews on the Harbin’s small micro catering enterprises, and having an in-depthinvestigation and analysis about the small restaurant industry’s status and mainproblems of labor relations. Combining qualitative and quantitative analysis of the mainfactors which affect small catering enterprises labor relations. On this basis, this paperputs forward many countermeasures to improve the small catering enterprises laborrelations management: such as management conception, enterprise internal management,external environment and institutional improvement. These measures will keep thestability of labor relations on the small catering enterprises, and having the positivesignificance on promoting the healthy development of small micro catering enterprises,and also have important significance for small micro enterprises of other industry.
