Since the last century80’s, researchers in the world gradually takeattention to the theory of charismatic leadership. With the rapid developmentof the global economy and the fierce market competition, enterprises ororganizations of all types, are in urgent need of charismatic leaders which isin the spirit of reform and innovation, to face the challenges of theenvironment. About charismatic leadership theory, leadership traits andbehaviors are almost all defined in close contact to the leaders’ andfollowers’ motivation. My thesis, from the perspective of the A company asthe example, is trying to prove that the charismatic leadership has positiverelation to the employees’job performance and creativity.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background, research significance, train of thought, content and methods ofthis thesis. The second part reviews of the basic domestic and foreign theoriesabout the charismatic leadership and research literature, and analyzes thedefinition and the factors of influence on job performance and creativity. Thethird part introduces the situation of A company, and analyzes the currentstatus of leadership effectiveness of the company. The fourth part, with thecharismatic leadership system of A company, analyzes the job performanceand creativity under the background of the A company’s staff in theperception of charismatic leadership, by the relevant data obtained throughthe form of questionnaire. The fifth part summarizes the results of theanalysis and draw relevant revelation.
