In recent years,with the continuous development of information technology,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Facing such competition,enterprises need to innovate constantly for their own survival and development.However,whether it is technology,product innovation,or marketing innovation are closely related to the creativity of all employees of the enterprise,thus prompting more and more managers to encourage employees to innovate.Employee creativity has become a key factor for enterprises to gain a firm foothold and gain competitive edge in the market.Charismatic leadership can convey positive psychological energy to employees,and then affect employees' behaviors and attitudes.Charismatic leadership can help employees identify with the meaning of work,stimulate their enthusiasm for work,and fulfill their tasks overtime by presenting inspiring strategic vision and organizational goals to employees.At the same time,charismatic leadership can well grasp the conditions that are powerful for achieving organizational goals,such as natural and social conditions,and respect them.The personal preferences and needs of employees are conducive to the emergence of employees' innovative inspiration and the exploration of new knowledge.In addition,charismatic leaders even make high personal risk behaviors such as self-sacrifice when the organization suffers from difficulties and setbacks,which can help employees maintain an optimistic attitude and quickly recover from difficulties,believing that it is difficult to see a rainbow without going through hardships and hardships,and that employees' psychological state can just make employees complicated.Creatively solve problems in changing environments.Therefore,this paper takes charismatic leadership as a predependent variable,from the perspective of planned behavior theory and resource preservation theory,discusses the theoretical research of charismatic leadership,psychological capital and employee creativity,and makes an empirical analysis of 302 valid samples collected by quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of charismatic leadership on employee creativity and the role of psychological capital between charismatic leadership and employee creativity.The following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,charismatic leadership has a significant positive impact on employee creativity.Secondly,charismatic leadership has a significant positive impact on employees' psychological capital.Thirdly,psychological capital has a significant positive impact on employee creativity.Finally,charismatic leaders influence employee creativity through psychological capital.In conclusion,charismatic leadership can enhance the creativity of employees by improving their psychological capital.Therefore,in order to improve the creativity of employees,leaders should not only shape and exercise their own charismatic leadership style,but also strengthen the psychological capital of employees by creating an atmosphere of their own charm for employees in the organization.
