At present,Chinese Society enters into 'the new normal',the new youth has been active in workplace,their inner traits should be emphasized,this change also influence performance.The issue about performance in different background should be researched.Research shows leadership has an important effect,especially in performance.Leader could improve individual's performance by means of power,system,relationship and so on.This paper researched on the relationship among ch arismatic leadership,psychological capital and performance.The data collected were subjected to descriptive,correlational and regression analysis through literature,questionnaire and to built connections.What the results of the research showed as follow:(1)the significant correlations was found between charismatic leadership and performance,but the adventure and irregular behavior didn't pass the validation process;(2)charismatic leadership can improve the psychological capital,the adventure is not;(3)psychological capital has a positive influence on performance,so do its inter-dimensions;(4)psychological capital plays an intermediary role between charismatic leadership and performance.Based on these conclusions,this paper come up with some suggestions for reference,point out the deficiency and clear the research direction.
