A Study On The Quality Monitoring Of The Aerospace Outsourcing Products

In addition to a general intrinsic properties, aerospace product has more requirementsfor higher quality because of the particularity of being given the "Quality is the political,quality of life" when compared with other ordinary products.Its technical performance and the reliability of product quality has always been keytarget and important link to control for space systems and quality controllers. With the rapiddevelopment of modern science and technology, customers are showing more needs andexpectations to high-value, high-tech for aerospace products. Under the conditions ofmodern large-scale production, how to make sure that the products that delivered tocustomers can satisfy all the requirements related to quality such as performance quality,reliability, security, flexibility, economy and timeliness is a new issues and challenge for allaerospace product development people.As achievements combined with strong systems integration, high technology contentand extensive technical collaboration, aerospace products needs much cooperation andsupport from all sectors from research and development part to final delivery part. In orderto stress the advanced technology and outstanding reliability of aerospace products, somestand-alone products are completed by external collaboration according to theirspecialization and technical characteristics while unit in charge of total technology takeaction on system integration. While the collaboration of foreign exchange getting deeperand deeper, outsourcing products seems to expose more and more quality issues-management problems as well as technical problems, which has already affected theproduct performance and acceptance of the integrated delivery.For the continues quality issues of aerospace outsourcing products in recent years, thispaper analyzes the domestic and foreign research in product quality monitoring. Combinedwith the quality monitoring features of aerospace outsourcing product, quality monitoringfactors of aerospace outsourcing products are analyzed in two ways–the selection ofoutsourcing company and the control of outsourcing process. Then statistical of aerospaceoutsourcing products quality issue is made to analyze the problems existed in qualitymonitoring and reasons causing these problems, after which proposals and suggestions toimproved aerospace outsourcing product quality monitoring system construction are made. Finally, according to the result of the foregoing analysis, this paper list the securityconditions required for the implementation of quality monitoring system.
