With the rapid development of internet and mobile internet, O2O commercemode is paid more attention, and more and more traditional industries increasecompetitiveness by O2O mode, particularly in service industries. The theory of O2O mode has not ye formed, this paper provides revenue modelof each member in the SSC based on the existing research, characteristics of O2Omode and SSC.Firstly, the paper established the SSC revenue model based on characteristics ofthe O2O commerce mode and SSC, regardless of any coordination mechanism: thevendor pay the agent commission sales according to the certain proportion, setrevenue model of principal-agent model. And the numerical simulation solved byMATLAB analyzed parameters, such as commission rate, customer evaluationcoefficient and agent service cost coefficient, finding that SSC could adjust someparameters to improve the profit.Secondly, based on the basic revenue model, considering transfer coefficient, the paper established the revenue model in SSC. Research results indicated that theprofits under transfer coefficient was better than the basic model profits, and throughthe analysis of relevant parameters under transfer coefficient on the SSC profits, transfer coefficient could make the related parameters’ performance better.Thirdly, based on transfer coefficient, simultaneously considering costs sharing, the paper established the revenue model in SSC. The calculation results showed thatthe profits under transfer coefficient was better than the transfer coefficient modelprofits. Similarly, by analyzing the effects of related parameters on the SSC profitsunder costs sharing, costs sharing could make the related parameters’ performancebetter. Finally, it concluded and evaluated the research, and proposed further research.
