Research On Supply Chain Coordination Considering Cold Chain Costs Under The Cost-sharing Contract

Fresh agricultural products are subordinate to the category of perishable goods,with a short life cycle,perishable corruption,easy to damage and other characteristics.One of the characteristics of agricultural products is that they still have certain life activities after being picked,which will generate heat of breathing.However,the rise of temperature will accelerate the corruption rate of agricultural products,resulting in the double loss of quality and quantity of agricultural products.Based on the characteristics of the above agricultural products,this paper considers the impact of cold chain construction costs on the benefits of supply chain participants,and studies the three-level supply chain composed of a single supplier,a single retailer and a single logistics service provider.First,assuming that market demand is a linear function of price,based on information symmetry and risk-neutral principles,considered that logistics service providers have to compensation the loss of retailers.Then analyze and compare the optimal order quantity,optimal transportation service price of logistics service providers,optimal wholesale price of suppliers,profit of all parties,and total profit of supply chain respectively in the situation of decentralized decision-making under normal temperature transport and cold chain transport.Within a certain range of cold chain costs,cost-sharing contract can achieve supply chain coordination through setting a reasonable cost sharing factor.Therefore,the benefits of participants in the supply chain will be higher than those at normal temperature.Then,compare the optimal order quantity,the profit of the alliance,the income of the independent decision makers and the overall benefit of the supply chain in the situation of the node enterprise alliance in the supply chain,when transporting at normal temperature and during the cold chain transportation.When the cost of the cold chain is within a certain range,setting a reasonable distribution coefficient,the cost-sharing contract can perfectly achieve supply chain coordination.Afterward,when the revenue of the alliance is greater than the sum of the profits of its participants under the decentralized decision,the profit can be reasonably distributed among the alliancesthrough a reasonable profit distribution coefficient.Finally,through numerical analysis,the rationality and feasibility of the above model are verified.
