Evaluation And Optimization Of General Layout Design Of Industrial Enterprises Based On The Analysis Of Production Logistics

More and more companies have focused on customers and their value wants. Inorder to improve the synthesis competitive capacity, the industrial enterprises needsbatter general layout design. General layout design is an important part of generallayout system. In actual engineering, we often need to evaluate several schemes toinspect and optimize the design.Considering conventional construction of evaluation index system for generallayout design, a new construction of evaluation index system approach based on thecollaboration of evaluated objects and evaluators is set up, the subjective factorinfluences are reduced．The influence of production logistics on general layout designis analyzed.Summing up the history of general transport layout evaluation theory, differentfields of application for general transport layout evaluation models of algorithms werecompared. The general transport layout evaluation basic theory are concluded， theconclusion is presented that quantitative analysis method will be widely applied.On the basis of considering each factor of the general transport layout, the generaltransport layout evaluation system is set up. Evaluation criteria are divided intodifferent groups. The relational entropy theory is applied to calculate the measurements.With analysis of the measurements, a simplified evaluation system is set up. Accordingto the characteristics of general transport layout evaluation, a novel competitive viewoptimization principle is defined. Based on this, an improved comprehensiveevaluation method of self-determination is suggested. Coming relational entropytheory and the self-determination comprehensive evaluation, a bilevel programmingevaluation method for general transport layout is constructed. A numerical example is given to illustrate the method. In order to optimize the logistics system, thegeneral layout system is regulated. An improved transportation mode selection methodis presented which has a good practicability.
