Research On The Public Rental Demand For Migrant Workers In Shaanxi Province Under The New Urbanization

China is in a period of rapid development of urbanization, a large number ofmigrant workers from rural to urban areas each year, thus government proposed that wewould develop the new urbanization, which is " people-centered " and " people ofmigrant workers into the primary task", under the background of the new urbanization,we should be concerned about and solve the housing problems of migrant workers,allowing them to better integrate into urban life, to enjoy the same health care,education, employment resources. Due to the limited financial capacity of migrantworkers and also without coverage in the cities, relying solely on market forces to solvetheir housing problems is unrealistic, so we must require governments to provide publicrental housing to solve their housing problems.Firstly, the paper describes the current research and finds the current research lack,proposes expectations for the future direction of research, and plans the researchroadmap. While introducing the concepts and theories of new urbanization, migrantworkers, people of migrant workers and public rent, pointing out the significance andimportance of the paper research, providing theoretical support for the follow-upresearch.Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of urban development in ShaanxiProvince, analyzes the current situation of the supply and demand of public rental.Through collecting large amounts of data, find some problems, including that theurbanization of Shaanxi Province is still in a backward level, although develop fast, andurbanization of municipalities across the province is not balanced, and there is a serioussupply shortage of public rental in Shaanxi Province, that is, the imbalance between supply and demand, so there are the vast majority of urban low-income families can notenjoy the public rental households yet.Thirdly, the paper introduces the theory of gray system modeling, and makes theempirical analysis of the public rental demand for migrant workers in Shaanxi Province,and forecasts the short-term public rental demand for migrant workers by using the graysystem GM (1,1) model, and test the predict result, including residual test, associationtest and after residual test. But the result does not pass the association test, there is aslight gap with the standard, the other two test results were satisfactory. This researchprovides a method for the future relevant research, and provides public rental datareference for the government to solve the housing problem of migrant workers.Finally, the paper makes relevant policy recommendations, to solve the publicrental problems of migrant workers, after research can draw back.
