Study On Logistics Operation Pattern Of Electronic Business Enterprise Under The Background Of “Integration Of Nanchang And Jiujiang”

July 2013, Party Secretary of Jiangxi Province, Qiang Wei pointed out that "to achieve ’leader raised up’, the priority thing is to focus on accelerating the integration of Nanchang and Jiujiang." The integration of Nanchang and Jiujiang is proposed mainly to make Jiangxi Province quickly into the development of the Yangtze River economic circle, to take the unique geographical advantages of Jiangxi’s "connect east and west, north-south," and then to improve economic competitiveness in Jiangxi.Now, with the development of network information technology and the change of people’s daily life, online shopping is favored by more and more people, the e-commerce form a new trend in economic development, and the contribution on regional economic development is increasing. E-commerce in the areas of Nanchang and Jiujiang develop rapidly in recent years, in 2014, Nanchang business enterprise turnover proportion is up to 18.9% of Jiangxi Province, and e-commerce transactions in Jiujiang City,is up to 15 billion yuan, the e-commerce development in Nanchang and Jiujiang have quite effects on promoting economic development in Jiangxi Province.The e-commerce can’t develop without the support of logistics, distribution untimely has become the second largest problem during complaints to commercial by online shopping customers. Logistics become a bottleneck restricting the development of the e-commerce, but also a breakthrough in e-commerce. This article take it as a starting point, and research on the operation of enterprise logistics based on the integration of Nanchang and Jiujiang and expected to give some inspiration in operation of ecommerce business and logistics companies in the eras of Nanchang and Jiujiang.This paper discusses the development of logistics and the survey of e-commerce development in Nanchang and Jiujiang, and then notice the status of the operation in that eras by research after that it analyze the problems faced by commercial enterprises and logistics enterprises and the same demands or opportunities for cooperation between them in the condition of current operationmode, and then propose a dynamic logistics alliance mode in Nanchang and Jiujiang,combined with the case in South China City e-commerce logistics demonstration bases, at the same time it compares the dynamic logistics alliance mode with the current third-party logistics model, and finally put forward suggestions in business enterprise of dynamic logistics alliance mode in Nanchang and Jiujiang eras.
