The Current Situation Analysis And Countermeasures For Tianjin Local Tax Bureau Tax Service

Tianjin is regarded as a municipality and national comprehensive reformexperimentation area, it has important significance in theory and practice to realize thecoordination between tax and economic development, and promote each other. Inrecent years, Tianjin Local Tax Bureau has conducted a large number of beneficialexploration and further attempts on improving the quality of tax service, and obtainssome results. But there are still some gaps and deficiencies on the service levelbetween Tianjin Local Tax Bureau and developed countries and even the otherdeveloped provinces and cities on the whole.This paper studies from the actual situation of basic level tax works, and uses themethods of literature research, conclusion, and tax correlation theory to make adetailed analysis of the evolution theory of tax service, the relationship between taxcompliance theory and tax service theory, the status of Local Tax Bureau, and theexisting problems of the tax service of Tianjin Local Tax Bureau. It is including taxservice awareness, concept, form, social service, tax service performance evaluationetc. At the same time, based on the advanced experience of developed countries suchas Britain, Japan and America, and developing countries such as Ireland, South Africaand other countries, combined with the author’s thoughts and practice, the author putsforward some suggestions and improvement measures on the problems from theconclusion, including updating tax service concept, overall planning tax serviceinstitution building, improving the tax service system, innovating ways of tax services,building information sharing platform for tax service, concerning about thedevelopment of tax affairs agency service etc.
