Research Of Rare Earth Listed Companies Performance Based On The Dynamic Perspective

China is the largest country in the production of rare earth resources, rare earth inpetroleum, chemical, aerospace, military and other important areas has a very wide rangeof applications, now it has become the most important strategic resources. However, inrecent years our country in the rare earth resources advantage is diminishing. With theincrease of rare earth production, consumption and export quantity, the rare earthresources of our country’s advantage is reduced step by step, and at present, China’s rareearth enterprises not only to the low level of overall performance, and in the process ofproduction use still exist problems such as resource waste and environmental pollution.How to give full play to the greatest utility of rare earth resources, configuration of rareearth resources reasonable; how to improve the operating performance of rare earthenterprises to enhance competitiveness, is the huge challenge which China’s rare earthenterprise facing at present.The stand or fall of enterprise management situation of enterprise is very importantfor the future development direction and the survival of the enterprise. Comprehensiveevaluation of the performance of enterprise operating performance in objective andscientifically, is beneficial to investors to have a comprehensive understanding of thecompany’s performance, to assess the true value of the enterprise correctly, and then tomake rational investment, also can supervision and management of the operator effectively,to prevent the investors damage the interests; At the same time, it can also helps to improvethe management of the enterprise operator, to optimize the allocation of resources, makethe enterprise healthy development in the direction ways.At present, the performance evaluation of enterprises in our country is mainly basedon financial indicators to establish the evaluation index system, and seldom consider theinfluence of non-financial indicators; The enterprise’s performance evaluation is just ananalysis of the static performance, ignoring the time and enterprise value growth changethese two dynamic factors which have an influence on the evaluation results, this have one-sidendess, while enterprise performance evaluation is not only related to financialindicators, non-financial indicators are also important; only consider performance at somepoint, don’t see the performance growth trend, the evaluation results is not accurate.Therefore, using dynamic performance evaluation measure listed companies has significanttheoretical and practical significance.In this paper, we chose27listing corporation of the rare earth permanent magnet plateas the research object, specific content is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is theintroduction, introduces the research background, research significance, methods andcontent. The second chapter is literature review, summarizes these search achievements ofdomestic and foreign scholars in three aspects, consist of the establishment of performanceevaluation index system, weighting method and the enterprise performance evaluationmethod. The third chapter is the establishment of the dynamic evaluation model of the rareearth listing Corporation. Firstly, using statistical analysis method is used to construct acomprehensive and representative indicators built the index system considered. Secondly,the companies on time and static evaluation value growth changes to evaluate the influence,to construct the evaluation model. The forth chapter is the empirical research. Applicationof the model for performance evaluation of rare earth listed companies, and analyze theevaluation results.
