Research On The Factors Of Construction Companies’ Efficiency

With the rapidly economic growth,the construction industry also growfast,currently,the construction industry became a important part in the growth of theGDP. The construction industry is also an important composition of buildingindustry.In Henan province,the construction industry products is from10.25billionyuan to147.776billion yuan in1978~2011, an increase of more than427times; theemployees is24.03million to228.91million in1978~2011.The growth is nine timesin the34years,while in2011the construction of Henan profit is more than20billionyuan, accounting for5.48%of GDP. Henan Province is currently in a critical stage ofeconomic development, the construction industry is not only effective completion ofthe mission of converting regional wealth, but also to some extent, assume the transferof rural surplus labor, urban-rural dual structure for the completion of the transition toprovide conditions to support. Therefore, understanding the healthy and rapiddevelopment of the construction industry influencing factors become very importantto the development of healthy and effective development of great significance.The reference for the investigation of all construction enterprises in HenanProvince, the use of questionnaires and interviews combination. For a representative survey data, this article uses stratified, proportional and simple randomsampling method to determine sampling survey. First, the construction enterprises in Henan Province, according to prefecture-level cities are classified; Secondly, the use of random draw each city in the prefecture-level city drawn usingindividual-level cities in the number of construction companies in proportionindicators samples,finally, the required sample pairs drawn randomly prefecture-levelcity extraction companies and enterprise employees to conduct fieldsurveys. The survey questionnaires were distributed and165were returned158questionnaires,138valid questionnaires. Effective rate of83.6%.Obtain the relevant papers in the field survey data, the survey data usingSPSS software for validity and reliability test, and build an initial model, usingstructural equation model of construction enterprises in Henan Province factorsaffecting the efficiency of empirical analysis. First, this paper describes theanalysis of survey data, survey data to understand the basic situation, and filterthe data; Second, the survey data using SPSS for reliability and validity test,testquality of survey data; Third, through theoretical and empirical research thatcombines research methods, the use LESREL software for structural equationmodel validation, draw conclusions.
