The Research On The Industrial Structure Orientation Based On Rescourse Endowment Of The Cities In Hebei Province

Twelfth Five-year plan is the strategic period which is to achieve the industrialtransformation and upgrading for all the provinces, and also a great time for localeconomy to improve competitiveness of industries. When provinces in China to makethe future development strategy, they always give the priority to local resourceendowments characteristics. Since China has much vast territory, the region’s resourceendowment situation is quite different. Therefore, in order to carry out the scientificconcept of development, to find a path which is consistent with local resourceendowments and to achieve the best allocation of resources has great significance.There are altogether11cities in Hebei Province: Shi Jiazhuang, HanDan,BaoDing, Qinhuangdao, XingTai, TangShan, LangFang, CangZhou, ChengDe, ZhangJiakou, HengShui. After several years of development, all over the cities have formedtheir own advantage industry according to its own resources endowment and formedthe macro positioning strategy of industrial structure. Whether all the cities of theresources endowment can achieve high coordination or can guarantee to achieve thecoordinated, orderly and scientific development. This article, through reading athome and abroad theories about the resources endowment, industrial structure andindustrial structure of positioning. I have made the basic concept clear. I studied thetheoretical basis and wrote down the research technique route in the first two chapters.Secondly, I analyzed the present situation of natural resources of Hebei Province.With the method of cluster analysis according to the comprehensive resourcesendowment, I classified the11cities into3, these parts expound in chapter3andchapter4. Again, the fifth chapter do the coupling analysis between the resourcesendowment of the city and the industrial structure. Finally, chapter6give the policyadvice and guidance.based on the above analysis.
