Research On Multi-innovation Subjects Cooperation Mechanism

Nowadays with science and technology developing more and more rapidly and technical difficulty keeping increasing, technological innovation has more demanding for the knowledge and skills. Meanwhile its dependence on the materials outside the enterprises becomes stronger and stronger, which proves to be an example of the combination of different fields. Universities, enterprises and research institutes enjoy different statuses in the cooperation of technological innovation. By the use of their unique resources they can complement each other and work closely to break up the respective limitation so as to achieve technological innovation. Enterprise-university-research institute cooperation meets the demands for improving innovation under the new circumstance. Therefore it has become an effective method of achieving innovation goals in many countries. According to the economic development from all over the world the innovation of enterprise-university-research institute cooperation is now playing a more and more essential role in promoting the national economic development. Since the enterprise-university-research institute cooperation came into being in China, we have made numerals attempts in this aspect and have made certain progress. However, in the practice of cooperation we still have a lot to do.Based on document researches, this dissertation generalizes the researches of the existing enterprise-university-research institute cooperation in different respects. Then it summarizes the regarding theories of innovation of enterprise-university-research institute cooperation, analyzes the mode and successful experience of the cooperation in developed countries, and puts forward the problems in the three respects of our country through the comparison between the cooperation of other countries and that of China. Our innovation of enterprise-university-research institute cooperation has fewer effects. One of the main reasons for the difficulty in further developing the cooperation is the existence of opportunistic behaviors. By evolutionary games analysis the dissertation researches the behavioral characteristics in the cooperation, then it verifies the results of model analysis by examples and in the end it comes up with the prevention and governance mechanisms for opportunism from different levels.
